Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Product Support to oversee
the Product Support team and ensure top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a key point of escalation for customer incidents and
inquiries
Manage client support via various channels including ticketing,
phone, and chat
Train and coach colleagues and clients on Finalsite products
Required Qualifications and Education
5+ years of experience in customer service or technical support
Experience overseeing and delivering team budgets
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent
experience
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress,
Squarespace)
Ability to cover evening and weekend hours as needed
