A national leading healthcare system based in south Florida is now seeking an experienced Manager Rehabilitation Therapy Services to join their award winning organization. This not-for-profit system comprises multiple acute care hospital locations and hundreds of outpatient care locations throughout the south Florida region. Reporting to the Director of Rehab Services, the Manager Rehabilitation Therapy will oversee an inpatient unit and a staff of 30+ Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, and Therapy Aides. Responsibilities include program development, monitoring staff and developing training plans, oversee and maintain department budgets, ensure patient satisfaction, and maintain compliance with all state and federal standards.What's Needed to Succeed:

• Bachelor's level degree in a related field
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist
